Glaze & clay casts of rocks with space imagery.
July 2025
The Serpentine rock has been crushed and cast in a glaze mould, taking on a new form of a small deformed Serpentine rock.
A plaster copy of the new small deformed Serpentine rock is made.
New moulds are made of small rocks for further casting experiments.
August 2025
Making a mould from the very large plaster original made in Spring.
A clay base and two walls are constructed for casting the first side.
Three sides are cast.
Casting the fourth side.
The fourth side is cast.
All six sides are done and the plaster original is removed.
Playing with the display of rocks and building landscapes/dreamscapes.
September 2025
